Stephanie D. Boyd, founder of Essential Asset LLC, has over 13 years experience in finance, operations, and management with a focus on small, transitioning growth companies. Stephanie was the Financial & Operations Manager for Cirronet, Inc., a Georgia based manufacturer of wireless applications. She was the Vice President of Dumas & Associates, Inc., a Georgia based real estate and construction management services company. Most recently, Stephanie held the positions of VP Finance, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary for DAVE Networks, Inc., a California based developer of social networking and content delivery software.

Stephanie has a B.B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and a minor in French from the University of Georgia, and a Masters of Science in Finance degree from Georgia State University.
